• 72-Hour Refund Period: Clients may request a full refund within 72 hours of the initial payment. To qualify, the request must be submitted in writing and received by our customer service team within this timeframe.
• No Refunds After 72 Hours: After the 72-hour period, all fees paid to PCR Financial Services are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, clients are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
